  • Yes we accept all international orders.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

  • All orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated via a USPS calculator.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping cost assessed during checkout. 

I PLACED A SUCCESSFUL ORDER WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

  • If you placed a successful order you should receive a confirmation email with an order number.
  • If you have not received a confirmation email after 1 business day contact us at INFO@TRVPGXD.COM
  • Please also check your emails SPAM folder as sometimes our emails end up there.
  • Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

  • Orders are processed Monday - Friday with the exception of Holidays. 
  • Allow 2-3 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-6 business days for delivery.
  • Shipping dates for pre-order items are listed on the individual products page. Pre-order dates may change
  • International orders may take 8-16 business days to arrive once shipped.
  • All orders are provided with an electronic tracking number to check the status of your delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our facility. 
  • We are not responsible for any delays in shipping once we have successfully handed off your order to USPS and cannot provide any additional information in regards to delivery outside of information provided by the supplied tracking number.
  • If your order has not arrived within 8-16 business day from the shipping date please contact us immediately. 

DO YOU GUYS RE-STOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

  • Each item is limited, most inventory will not be re-stocked. 

CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

  • We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges unless merchandise arrives damaged and cannot be replaced. 
  • We are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages that USPS has successfully delivered. Please make sure your order is being delivered to a safe and secure area. 
  • Please carefully review your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE POST OFFICE LOSES MY PACKAGE?

  • If in the off chance the post office has lost and/or misplaced your package please contact us immediately.   
  • We will start an investigation into the matter which can take up to 8 business days to resolve.
  • If it is deemed that your package was in fact lost and/or misplaced we will refund you in full for your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable regardless of the outcome. Refunds can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to show up on your bank statement. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of receiving a refund confirmation email please contact your bank. 
  • We are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages that were successfully delivered. Please make sure your order is being delivered to a safe and secure area.
  • We will not refund lost and/or stolen items that have been successfully delivered by the post office.
